Academic rigour is advanced with innovativeness of the topics as well as the approach. Articles try to analyse and reflect contemporary social issues. The journal will provide a place for classical theoretical as well as empirical articles. However, we will be particularly pleased to provide space also to unorthodox approaches or topics, as long as they are rigorous in the argument as well as in the research design.

ISSN 2463-9281

Abstracting and indexing

DOAJ, EBSCO, ASCI-Database, COBISS, dLib, Google scholar, ICI World of journals, MIAR, WorldCat (OCLC), QOAM

Ethical awareness
A reviewer should be alert to potential ethical issues in the paper and should bring these to the attention of the editor, including any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which the reviewer has personal knowledge. What differences exist between men and women in their perception of their own reproductive health? How do stigmas and taboos affect reproductive health?

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to examine the perspectives of men and women in the process of reproductive health care.

Method: Qualitative method was used. Data was collected from a purposive sample through semi-structured interviews conducted in four focus groups. The data was analyzed using content analysis.

Results: Results: three themes were identified through the qualitative analysis method: (1) reproductive health of men and women, (2) socio-cultural aspects of reproductive health, and (3) challenges of reproductive health. At the same time, 13 sub-themes were identified. The study showed that primary socialization has a significant impact on an individual's attitudes towards reproductive health in adulthood. It was found that women are more concerned about reproductive health than men. It was also found that stigmas and taboos, which prevent open discussion about reproductive health, have a major impact on the quality of reproductive health. This leads to lack of information, fear, discrimination and inequalities in access to health services.

Organization: The research highlights the need for more education and emphasis on preventive care and reducing social exclusion and stigma related to reproductive health.

Society: The results of the research contribute to a better understanding of men's and women's perceptions of reproductive health and how they think it is influenced by society. In this context, it also provides a better understanding of how stigmas and taboos affect reproductive health and how to seek help when reproductive health problems arise.

Originality: The research provides insights into the specific nature of men's and women's reproductive health and how society views it. The originality of the research is that it offers a broad insight into how men and women understand reproductive health. It also provides an outline of the current state of reproductive health in society.

Limitations/Future Research: The answers obtained from the interviewees are subjective in nature and are subject to interpretation by the researchers. It would be useful to conduct quantitative type of studies in the future. Also, one of the limitations is related to the research sample, which includes a set of interviewees from two Slovenian regions. In the future, it would be necessary to include interviewees from the whole of Slovenia so that the results can be generalized to the whole population.
2025-09-16T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Anton Grmšek Svetlin, Nika Jerina, Melisa Smajlović, Mirko Prosen, Rebeka Lekšehttps://ojs.fos-unm.si/index.php/ip/article/view/155Improving the Organisation of Student Life2025-05-12T17:30:18+00:00Srečo ZakrajšekSreco.zakrajsek@iam.si
Research Questions (RQs): 1. What are the key challenges that media production students face in balancing study, work, and personal commitments? 2. What is the overall impact of the use of artificial intelligence (in all segments of activity – school, work, leisure) on the organisation of the lives of media production students?

Purpose: The purpose of the research is to analyse the organisation of students' lives and propose strategies and tools to reduce negative stress and improve the balance between studies, work, and free time.

Method: The research is based on monitoring the preparation and implementation of the project "Improving the organisation of your life", which was carried out over three years by more than 80 FUDŠ students in the course Management and Organisation of Media Production. We used the methods of survey, project analysis and discussions. Artificial intelligence (ChatGPT) is involved in all phases of the research and project.

Results: Most students (over 70%) are not satisfied with the organisation of their lives before the start of the project and 70% of them report stress. The situation has improved greatly with the project "Improving the organisation of your life". Basic theoretical insights, techniques such as Time Blocking and Pomodoro, the Eisenhower Matrix method, the use of digital tools (Trello, Notion, Google Calendar) and especially ChatGPT improved productivity and reduced the feeling of being overwhelmed. The results show the positive impact of physical exercise and relaxation techniques on managing stress.

Organization: The research offers practical solutions, such as the integration of time management techniques and digital tools that can improve the study programme and the performance of students and the organisations in which they participate. Artificial intelligence programmes offer important opportunities, but we must take care to ensure that rationalisation studies are not engaged in at the expense of the quality of education and student competencies.

Society: A better organised student life can contribute to greater satisfaction, motivation, better health, and productivity in studies and work, which has a positive effect on society, higher GDP, and lower costs due to reduced absence from work, illness, etc.

Originality: The research combines existing theoretical approaches with innovative solutions, such as digital tools for task organisation and AI, and emphasises the importance of long-term implementation of techniques.

Limitations / further research: The small sample size and subjectivity of the results represent limitations. Further research with a larger sample and long-term follow-up is suggested.

2025-09-16T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Srečo Zakrajšek
