Abstract

Research Question (RQ): How to achieve success with the talent of employees in organizations?

Purpose: The purpose of research is to study and determine how successes are achieved with talent in organizations.

Method: A qualitative method of reviewing domestic and foreign literature and examples of good practices was used for the examination.

Results: The survey confirmed that successes are achieved with talent, taking into account all factors and the involvement of all employees according to the EFQM model.

Organization: With the help of talent, leaders develop, collaborate, define, provide and strengthen successful management of changes in the business of organizations.

Society: Excellent organisations promote and deliver successes with talent that satisfy both external and internal stakeholders.

Originality: Organisations to reach talent and maintain the status quo, not to look at the activity they carry out, will interfere with the tools and models of business excellence.

Limitations/Future Research: Research can be upgraded to other building blocks and the model can be used in practice as an implementation of the EFQM 2013 excellence model in your organization. The following research will be extended to the EFQM 2020 model. We limited themselves to reviewing existing articles and content related to achieving success with employee talent.
