Define the model of achieving a sustainable future, what the role of the highest management of the organization in achieving a sustainable future is, and how to measure sustainable performance.

Organization: The article defines the top management roles as a key implementer of a sustainable business strategy: as an initiator and role model, as a strategist, as a implementer of a sustainable business strategy and in dialogue with the owner as a promoter of sustainable opportunities.

Society: The responses of stakeholders that determine the effects of achieving a sustainable future (social, economic and environmental impacts) can be managed through cooperation already in the phase of designing a sustainable business strategy, integrating into business decisions and constantly monitoring their responses.

Originality: The originality is presented in the presentation of a review of the realization of a sustainable future.

Limitations / Further Research: This is an overview of existing articles. The survey was not done.
