Perspektiva diplomantov Univerze na Primorskem na vseživljenjsko učenje in izobraževanje

Povzetek

Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Kako lahko izobraževalne institucije podpirajo vseživljenjsko učenje diplomantov in katere ključne kompetence ter znanja si želijo, hkrati pa prispevajo k njihovem uspehu na trgu dela?

Namen: Namen raziskave je proučiti perspektivo diplomantov na vseživljenjsko učenje in izobraževanje v času delovnega aktivnega življenja.

Metoda: V raziskavi je bila uporabljena kvalitativna metoda. Podatki so bili zbrani na namenskem vzorcu diplomantov Univerze na Primorskem s pomočjo delno strukturiranih intervjujev, izvedenih v okviru dveh fokusnih skupin. Podatke smo analizirali z metodo analize vsebine.

Rezultati: Z metodo analize so bile oblikovane štiri teme: (1) vloga vseživljenjskega učenja, (2) razvoj kompetenc, (3) podpora izobraževalnih institucij in organizacij ter (4) izzivi in priložnosti. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so diplomanti Univerze na Primorskem zelo motivirani za vseživljenjsko učenje, še posebej za pridobivanje specifičnih kompetenc, kot so digitalne in zelene veščine ter mehke veščine. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da izobraževalne institucije igrajo ključno vlogo pri podpori diplomantov pri njihovem nadaljnjem izobraževanju, vendar je treba prilagoditi programe in oblike izobraževanja, da bodo bolj fleksibilni in praktično usmerjeni.

Organizacija: Raziskava poudarja potrebo po tesnejšem sodelovanju med izobraževalnimi institucijami in podjetji za zagotavljanje bolj prilagojenih izobraževalnih programov, ki bi diplomantom omogočili boljše usklajevanje pridobljenih znanj s potrebami trga dela. Ponuja smernice za prilagoditev izobraževanj vseživljenjskega učenja potrebam diplomantov.

Družba: Raziskava prispeva k večji zavesti o pomenu vseživljenjskega učenja za posameznike in družbo kot celoto. Poudarja potrebo po razvoju kompetenc, ki so ključne za trajnostni razvoj, kar lahko dolgoročno prispeva k večji socialni odgovornosti in okoljski ozaveščenosti v družbi. Spodbuja vključevanje zelenih praks in digitalnih veščin, kar pozitivno vpliva na širšo družbo in okolje.

Originalnost: Raziskava prinaša vpogled na specifične potrebe diplomantov po vseživljenjskem učenju, s čimer ponuja vpogled v specifične izzive in priložnosti, s katerimi se soočajo. Originalnost raziskave se kaže v osredotočenosti na prilagajanje izobraževalnih programov sodobnim zahtevam trga dela in vključevanju trajnostnih praks v učne načrte.

Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Omejitve raziskave vključujejo omejen geografski obseg, saj se osredotoča na diplomante ene univerze. Predlaga se nadaljnje raziskovanje, ki bi vključilo večjo in bolj raznoliko populacijo ter izvedba longitudinalnih študij, ki bi spremljale razvoj kompetenc skozi čas.
