Research Question (RQ): Ethics is a philosophy branch dealing with human well-being. We wish to realize full potential as human beings to live well in the material and spiritual sense and to treat others in a decent manner. This arises a question: What is the ethics care of nursing?
Purpose: Our purpose of review article is a review of the scientific literature on ethics care in nursing as a professional nurse role with the case study in our practice.
Method: We used descriptive approach based on the study of theoretical content and use
existing literature.
Results: Ethics in nursing is significantly impacted with the professional nurses role - care for the patient. Caring can not be impersonal, principled. Caring requires integration with the patients, understanding their needs and experience and individual actions.
Organization: Ethics of thinking and ethics of nursing care is focused on a human as an integral part of the mutual co-dependence in relation, that affects how a certain decision will be taken in any organization. With excellent ethics a quality and manager personal excellence of health care providers is built.
Society: With our ethical thinking and ethical growth we can influence on the quality of other people and our close and wider society.
Originality: In reviewing the scientific literature, we did not find a review on the topic of ethics care in nursing. Transparent article raises a number of personal and in-depth thinking and questions.
Limitations/Future Research: In the transparent article we relied solely on expert transparent literature. In the future, the results obtained in the literature review could be compared with executed research in our field.
