Abstract

Purpose and originality: Research is trying to explain how to recognize the constants of modern model of education of specific groups and how to develop new paradigms of vulnerable groups' motivation development.

Method: Research is based on data analysis, collected by quantitative research methods, based on sets of definitions and literature, which was composed into the coherent concept. As a predominant model is used Cosman and Hiatt (2005) model.

Results: Research defines key elements of motivation of adult vulnerable groups and exposes the issues, which these groups are facing. Research shows also the possibilities for structural solutions in education and motivation.

Society: Research provides better understanding of motivation within the vulnerable groups education, which should enable better research solutions and increased level of education.

Limitations/Future Research: Research is focused only on vulnerable groups, which leaves out the possibility for comparison with the general population, which would enable us to understand the situation more holistically.
