Organizacijski izzivi menedžmenta znanja

Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Kakšen je vpliv menedžmenta znanja na kakovost v organizaciji?
Namen: Namen raziskave je bil opraviti pregled domače in tuje strokovne literature, v kateri so avtorji obravnavali razvoj organizacijske misli, kakovosti v organizacijah in vpliv menedžmenta znanja.
Metoda: Izveden je bil pregled domače in tuje strokovne literature v bazah slovenskih knjižnic in bazah podatkov Scopus, Science Direct in Google Učenjak v katerih smo poiskali prosto dostopne znanstvene članke in monografije.
Rezultati: Pregled literature je pokazal, da uporaba menedžmenta znanja prispeva k produktivnejšemu in učinkovitejšemu delu zaposlenih. Prav tako dejavniki menedžmenta znanja pozitivno vplivajo na uvajanje izboljšav, delovno uspešnost in zadovoljstvo pri delu.
Organizacija: Izidi raziskave so uporabni tako za ustanovitelje kot tudi za menedžerje v organizacijah, ki lahko z implementacijo menedžmenta znanja pomembno pripomorejo k dvigu kakovosti obravnave.
Družba: Z raziskavo smo potrdili, da je skrb za učinkovit menedžment znanja pomembna za zagotavljanje visoke kakovosti storitev, kar neposredno vpliva na družbeno blaginjo celotne populacije.
Originalnost: V literaturi nismo zasledili raziskave, ki bi povezovala vse tri paradigme, torej razvoj organizacijske misli, menedžmenta kakovosti in menedžmenta znanja, zato ocenjujemo, da je to prva raziskava s tega področja, ki lahko nudi podlago za nadaljnje raziskovanje.
Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Ena od omejitev raziskave je časovno neomejeno zbiranje podatkov. Smiselno bi bilo časovno omejiti vključeno literaturo in primerjati razliko med posameznimi časovnimi obdobji v luči vseh treh paradigem.
