Povzetek

Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Kakšne mobilne aplikacije za vadbo mišic medeničnega dna (VMMD) so trenutno na razpolago uporabnikom in ali omogočajo dovolj strokovno izvajanje VMMD? Ali je možno pripraviti strokovno mobilno aplikacijo za VMMD v slovenskem jeziku?

Namen raziskave: Preveriti, kakšne mobilne aplikacije za VMMD so trenutno na razpolago uporabnikom in ali upoštevajo smernice strokovne in znanstvene literature, ter zasnovati papirni prototip mobilne aplikacije za vadbo mišic medeničnega dna v slovenskem jeziku.

Metoda: Obstoječe mobilne aplikacije za VMMD smo iskali s pomočjo mobilnih aplikacij Google play (za sistem android) in Apple app Store (za sistem iOS). Pri skiciranju papirnega prototipa aplikacije smo uporabili program Adobe Illustrator.

Rezultati: Na podlagi lastne kodirne knjige, ki smo jo zasnovali na podlagi strokovne in znanstvene literature, smo opravili vsebinsko analizo 15 obstoječih aplikacij za VMMD za Android in iOS. Rezultati analize so pokazali, da obstoječe aplikacije za VMMD v več kot polovici primerov ne ustrezajo oz. niso primerne za izvajanje VMMD, glede na kriterije, ki smo jih postavili.

Organizacija: Da bi bila izdelana mobilna aplikacija kar najbolj optimalna, smo vsebinsko analizirali 15 obstoječih aplikacij za VMMD za android in iOS.

Družba: Pri predlagani rešitvi smo poskusili zasnovati tako aplikacijo, ki bo za uporabnika pregledna in enostavna za uporabo, pri tem pa smo upoštevali strokovne in znanstvene smernice ter priporočila za izvajanje VMMD.

Družba: Z VMMD lahko v veliki meri preprečimo, odpravimo ali vsaj omilimo težave z uhajanjem urina in druge težave v povezavi z disfunkijami mišic medeničnega dna, hkrati pa tudi izboljšamo spolno funkcijo vadečega. Ker nam vadba vzame le cca 3x3 min dnevno, jo je nesmiselno vedno obiskovati v nekih organiziranih oblikah, mnogi pa si tega niti ne morejo finančno privoščiti. Aplikacija posamezniku omogoča bolj kvalitetno VMMD in ga hkrati tudi opominja kdaj je čas za vadbo.

Originalnost: Zasnovana mobilna aplikacija za vadbo mišic medeničnega dna je prva tovrstna aplikacija v slovenskem jeziku. Dodana vrednost aplikacije v primerjavi z obstoječimi je ta, da je enostavna in pregledna za uporabo ter da posamezniku ni potrebno posvečati pozornosti časovnim parametrom, ampak se lahko bolj osredotoča na samo kakovost izvedbe VMMD.

Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Predlagan prototip aplikacije omogoča posamezniku, da se med vadbo bolj osredotoča na kakovost stiska in sprostitve MMD. Nadaljnje raziskovanje bi moralo biti usmerjeno v ugotavljanje učinkovitosti vadbe s pomočjo mobilne aplikacije za VMMD.
