About the Journal

The Journal of Universal Excellence (JUE) is an interdisciplinary scientific journal that integrates the fields of organizational studies and management with the concept of universal excellence, encompassing business, organizational, and personal excellence. It is published by the Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto and is issued electronically four times per year. The journal is dedicated to publishing scientific and professional papers that contribute to the development of knowledge and practices in the areas of quality, leadership, and sustainable organizational development.

Ethical Awareness

Reviewers are expected to pay attention to potential breaches of publication ethics and to notify the editor of any substantial similarity or overlap between the submitted manuscript and any other publication known to them personally. Any statement claiming that an observation, derivation, or argument has already been reported should be accompanied by an appropriate citation.

We follow the publication ethics principles of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). To promote academic integrity, the journal JUE to the COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing. More information on core practices is available here.

The publication of the journal is financially supported by ARIS through the public call for co-financing domestic scientific periodical publications.
