Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The paper is written using the template required by the journal and in accordance with its guidelines. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • I have submitted the paper in two separate documents: the first document contains the first page of the paper, and the second contains the full text of the paper. For the purposes of further research, I am also submitting a third document containing the research data for storage in the repository, if required.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The submission file should be saved as a .docx or .rtf file format.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

Author Guidelines

Authors submit the paper in two separate documents. The first document is the first page of the paper, and the second document contains the remaining part of the paper. Both documents must be submitted using the provided templates and in accordance with FOŠ guidelines.

Our authors and editorial board should refer to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) website. To promote academic integrity Challenges of the Future follows COPE’s Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.

Note: The author of the manuscript must obtain permission to use and reproduce any visuals and sources if they are not the copyright holder, or the author of the manuscript shall assume responsibility in the event of a dispute.
