Zakaj in kako biti družbeno odgovoren?

Povzetek

Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Sodobna družba je vse bolj kritična do družbeno neodgovornih
dejanj. Tega dejstva se zavedajo tudi organizacije, v strategijo svojega poslovanja želijo vključevati
izvajanje družbeno odgovornih načel. Zanima nas, kako različni avtorji dojemajo koncept družbene
odgovornosti organizacij, v čem so družbeno odgovorne organizacije v prednosti, kako lahko
organizacije v izvajanje svojega poslanstva vključujejo svoje zunanje deležnike in kako na družbeno
odgovornost vpliva različnost kulturnega okolja.
Namen: Proučili in povzeli smo del razpoložljivih virov, v katerih se avtorji z različnimi nameni
lotevajo družbene odgovornosti organizacij. Pri tem smo ob konkretnih področjih soočili različne
poglede in jih primerjali med seboj.
Metoda: Uporabili smo metodo deskripcije (opis dejstev) in kompilacije (povzetek znanih
rezultatov znanstveno raziskovalnega dela).
Rezultati: Analizirali smo zbrane vire, jih razvrstili po izbranih področjih, podali klasifikacijo po
avtorjih, ki se lotevajo posameznih področij družbene odgovornosti, vire razvrstili tudi po letnikih
objav in članke po strokovnih revijah.
Organizacija: Povzete ugotovitve bodo organizacije uporabile kot izhodišče za nadaljnje raziskave,
vrednotenje in morebitno optimizacijo obstoječih modelov koncepta družbene odgovornosti.
Družba: Povzete ugotovitve bo družba uporabila kot izhodišče za nadaljnje raziskave, bolj se bo
zavedala pomena izvajanja načel družbene odgovornosti, spoznala bo izzive skupnega sobivanja z
organizacijami v odgovorni družbi.
Originalnost: Skupini, ki bosta uporabili izsledke za nadaljnje empirične raziskave, sta širša družba
in organizacije, ki želijo izboljšati svojo podobo in delovati družbeno odgovorno. Prispevek
osvetljuje različne zorne kote nekaterih obravnavanih vsebin, česar v drugih člankih nismo našli.
Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Pregled virov je bil omejen na nekatere strokovne revije in
vključuje le nekatera področja, pomembna za razumevanje problematike uvajanja in izvajanja ter
motivov za družbeno odgovornost. Časovni obseg iskanih člankov smo omejili na obdobje zadnjih
15 let, precej starejših člankov zaradi neaktualnosti v današnjih razmerah nismo vključili. V
nadaljnjih raziskavah bi bilo smiselno obseg analiziranih člankov povečati in se bolj fokusirati tudi
na bolj specifična področja (zanimiva področja se nam denimo zdijo izvajanje družbene
odgovornosti specifičnih organizacij, kot so jedrske elektrarne, kemijska industrija, osvetliti bi bilo
možno še etične dileme s področja zdravstva, genskih raziskav, kibernetike ipd).
